Getting Started » Create a Profile
A gigb2b freelance profile is an important tool that you can use to help showcase your business, services, portfolio, and skills.
1) Log-into your account and click "Profile" to enter your basic freelance information.
2) Add a great profile picture.
3) Select the best freelance categories that match your experience,
4) Add some information about you and the services you offer.
5) Enter up to 5 Skills that you specialize in
6) Once you submit your profile then click on "Add Photos" and add additional photos or portfolio images.
7) Add a Resume and work background
8) View your profile link to see how your page looks. You can edit the content and images at any time.
9) Share your profile link on your social media and link back to it from your existing website.

File Attachments:This area is public to anyone that is hired to work on the specific gig. If you have files that are private, do not upload them to the workroom area.
Messaging:You can use the messaging icon to send a message to anyone working on the gig.
Alerts:You will receive an alert when a new file has been added to the workroom.

All projects should have the project and payment schedule clearly identified as part of the project agreement before any work begins. This will help both parties fully understand their responsibilities.
In the unlikely event of a project or payment dispute it is important to clearly communicate the problem to the other party and try and work out a resolution. In most cases both parties can find a solution that works for each other.

Current Withdraw Methods:You can request to withdraw money owed to you at any time as long as your balance is over $10
To withdraw funds from a GIG ESCROW balance simply click on "Withdraw Funds' form your dashboard.
Withdraw Requirements.
1) The purchaser is required to first approve the release of funds prior to any withdraw request.
2) Once the purchaser has approved the release of funds to you, then you may withdraw those funds at any time.
3) There is a mandatory 15 day hold for all new clients from the time the purchaser deposits the funds in GIG ESCROW to the time you may withdraw those funds for security purposes. This hold applies for payments processed by new freelancers or clients. 5) Purchasers have 3 days to approve the release of funds to you following your request. 6) Gig Escrow reserves the right to hold funds longer for any reason we feel is necessary to ensure proper payment and delivery.
Withdraw Options
1) You can withdraw funds to be sent to you by bank draft, bank wire, check, western union or Native Currency tokens. Additional fees may apply based on your withdraw preference that are outside of gigb2b or GIG ESCROW.

To withdraw funds from a GIG ESCROW balance simply click on "Withdraw Funds' form your dashboard.
Withdraw Requirements.
1) The purchaser is required to first approve the release of funds prior to any withdraw request.
2) Once the purchaser has approved the release of funds to you, then you may withdraw those funds at any time.
3) There is a mandatory 15 day hold for all new clients from the time the purchaser deposits the funds in GIG ESCROW to the time you may withdraw those funds for security purposes. This hold applies for payments processed by new freelancers or clients. 5) Purchasers have 3 days to approve the release of funds to you following your request. 6) Gig Escrow reserves the right to hold funds longer for any reason we feel is necessary to ensure proper payment and delivery.
