Register for free and add your freelance services to the best freelance directory. 

1) On our home page click "Post a Gig" or "Join Now" to register for a free account. Or Signup Here

2) Enter your email address and confirm your registration.

3) Accept our Terms and Privacy Policy

4) Click "Sign Up"

You are now registered to use gigb2b.  Please complete your freelance profile page and advertise any gigs or services you want to offer. 


Getting Started » Create a Profile


A gigb2b freelance profile is an important tool that you can use to help showcase your business, services, portfolio, and skills. 

1) Log-into your account and click "Profile" to enter your basic freelance information.

2) Add a great profile picture.

3) Select the best freelance categories that match your experience,

4) Add some information about you and the services you offer.

5) Enter up to 5 Skills that you specialize in

6) Once you submit your profile then click on "Add Photos" and add additional photos or portfolio images.

7) Add a Resume and work background

8) View your profile link to see how your page looks. You can edit the content and images at any time. 

9) Share your profile link on your social media and link back to it from your existing website.

Advertising a freelance Gig and Service Offer is easy and free

1) Log into your client dashboard and click "Sell a Gig" under the Post / Advertise box. 

2) Select the category, enter your gig title, and click "Create your Gig" then complete the rest of the fields and click the "Green Create your Gig" button at the bottom. 

3) Your gig will be listed on your profile page and available to search through the gigs for sale page within a few hours.

Advertising » Editing Jobs or Gigs


You can edit an active job or gig at any time from your account dashboard.

1) In your client dashboard locate the Post/Advertise box and click on "manage gig" or Advertise Job" 

2) Locate the listing you want to edit and click the edit link


Hiring » Gig Escrow Payments


We recommend that all advertisers and purchasers follow these payment guidelines. 
 
1) Always clarify the work and payment preferences in writing before the work begins. This can easily be done to protect both parties by email or through a formal agreement whichever you prefer. 

2) Always request that the freelancer provide an invoice for any work that is completed prior to releasing payment. 

3) Pay only for work that has been completed based on the work schedule.

4) Always pay through GIG ESCROW

gigb2b does not provide any guarantee of service or payment by our members.

Gig Escrow and Native Currency payments offered by gigb2b

1) Gig Escrow is a service provided by Gigb2b using credit card payments or NATV tokens through the Native Currency Network. Gig escrow  can be used to process payments for any purchased freelance work on gigb2b.

2) The gig or service is purchased by the purchaser using a credit card or transferring NATV tokens equal to the project cost in US Dollars at the time of purchase. 

3) The funds are held securely in a Gig Escrow account until the the purchaser approves the release of the funds to the freelancer or upon completion of the project or required tasks. 

4)  The freelancer then receives payment in NATV tokens or US$.

Gig Escrow Fees

1) There are no fees for receiving payment using NATV tokens. 

2) There is a 3% transaction fee for payments using credit cards.

Workroom » About the work room


The workroom is an online file room dedicated to each project and accessible between the advertiser and the freelancer.  

File Attachments:
This area is public to anyone that is hired to work on the specific gig. If you have files that are private, do not upload them to the workroom area. 

Messaging:
You can use the messaging icon to send a message to anyone working on the gig. 

Alerts:
You will receive an alert when a new file has been added to the workroom.

Workroom » Adding & Viewing Files


You can upload and share files for your project in the gigb2b work room.

Uploading Files:
1) Click on "Work Room" in your account dashboad.
2) Click the project name of the file you would like to access
3) Upload your new files to the work room.

Viewing Files:
1) Click on "Work Room" in your account dashboad.
2) Click the project name of the file you would like to access
3) Select the File Title of any file you would like to view and open or download it. 


Disputes » Project or Payment Disputes


All projects should have the project and payment schedule clearly identified as part of the project agreement before any work begins. This will help both parties fully understand their responsibilities. 

In the unlikely event of a project or payment dispute it is important to clearly communicate the problem to the other party and try and work out a resolution. In most cases both parties can find a solution that works for each other. 

If you are unable to reach a resolution, please contact our customer service team and we will try and help both parties come to a resolution.

Payments » Withdrawing Funds


Current Withdraw Methods:
You can request to withdraw money owed to you at any time as long as your balance is over $10

To withdraw funds from a GIG ESCROW balance simply click on "Withdraw Funds' form your dashboard.

Withdraw Requirements.
1) The purchaser is required to first approve the release of funds prior to any withdraw request.
2) Once the purchaser has approved the release of funds to you, then you may withdraw those funds at any time.
3) There is a mandatory 15 day hold for all new clients from the time the purchaser deposits the funds in GIG ESCROW to the time you may withdraw those funds for security purposes. This hold applies for payments processed by new freelancers or clients. 
5) Purchasers have 3 days to approve the release of funds to you following your request. 
6) Gig Escrow reserves the right to hold funds longer for any reason we feel is necessary to ensure proper payment and delivery. 

Withdraw Options

1) You can withdraw funds to be sent to you by bank draft, bank wire, check, western union or Native Currency tokens.  Additional fees may apply based on your withdraw preference that are outside of gigb2b or GIG ESCROW.
