When working on Accounts:

- Preparing receivable & payable Statement, bank reconciliation, debtors & creditors reconciliation.



- Maintain data in tally and details given to CA on a monthly base.



- Make TDS & TCS details for return purpose & payment.



-Assist in the month-end financial close process and financial review.



-Provide additional support and prepare schedules supporting the lease accounting process.





As Business Development:

- Responsible for Handling Online Bidding and prospecting via LinkedIn and Other Networks



- Bidding on projects related to PHP, .NET, Android /iOS development, Java, WordPress, JavaScript/jQuery & SEO/PPC/SEM/SMO projects.



- Finding new business opportunities.



- Explaining products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.



- Searching interested parties for company's product/services using internet and networking.



- Consulting interested parties for their technical queries and needs.



- Online Bidding via Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour etc.



- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers



- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone and email.



- Writing quotes and proposals.
