I have 5 years of experience in BPO. I started off my career with Microsoft Store Online as a Customer Service/ Sales Representative and performed order related stuff such as order processing, tracking, cancellation, return and refund and etc. After that, I worked with Microsoft Surface as a certified Technical Support and got promoted as Technical Lead. I've handled escalated calls such as customers who've threatened Microsoft via social media and those who were about to file a lawsuit and provided them resolution with the help of client provided tools.
