I have 14 years of experience providing the highest quality of service possible to different customers around the world using the English language and within those years of being in the business, I also served as Team Manager developing, motivating and providing support to agents and working hand in hand with the clients for 10 years.



I am skilled in communicating with clients via phone, email and chat. I have undergone GB Six Sigma Training and I have experienced using various tools and was trained and certified SF admin and developer but I am still eager to learn more about your tools and products so I can not only provide the options but also the best resolution to our customers. I can also provide administrative support as this has also been a part of my experience being a Team Manager.
