Hi, my name is Shemarie Divinagracia and I am a graduate of Business Management at the University of St. la Salle in 2004. I’ve been married for almost 4 years now, without any children yet- which is basically the very reason why I decided to stop from my formal job in a BPO industry and look for a home based job. The home based job that I worked for was with Rhythm Management Group which is based in the United states, particularly in Washington DC-where the main office is located. It is a third party company that assists Cardiologists in monitoring their patients with implanted cardiac devices. I stayed with the company from April 2016 until June 2017.So, my responsibility was to call out patients, making sure that they are on top of their schedules in sending their transmissions using their home monitors. I would walk them through the process of transmitting until their data would show up on the system. Once their data is received, I would communicate it with our clinicians who would process the report and send it over to the assigned clinics or offices of the assigned cardiologists. If the patient is unavailable, I would make sure that it would be clearly communicated with the cardiologist and my boss. I would make weekly and monthly report for our weekly and monthly meeting with my boss, managers, clinicians and cardiologists.Prior to this home based job, I was working as a retail telephone banker in a BPO industry for 6 years and 5 months. The company taught me on how to work independently,multitask and become flexible especially in constant changes of the account's policies and metrics. Usually what I do was to assist customers over the phone with their savings, checking and prepaid accounts. I would assist them in making funds transfer between accounts, walking them through their account transactions and activities, help them identify any fraud activities and process dispute if are any, process replacement cards, issue checks upon customer’s request. Since retails bankers are frontliners, I had to make sure that I would exhaust everything that I could, if not to resolve customer’s problem but at least I would be able to give them the alternate solution. these work experiences that I had in the past made me an employee with strong work ethic. Once I am given a task, i would do everything that I can to deliver.

Excellent Customer Service over the phone is what I was molded and still aspire to continue to do if I am given a charce to work as a freelance. I’m good with data entry and administrative jobs.
