I have been in the call center industry for more than five years; worked at the physical office for a few years and decided to go the remote job thereafter. I started as an agent and did well in all the assigned fields or areas on every job I had- belonging to consequent top performers of the team. Skills include voice, non-voice customer service and administrative jobs. Tenured with Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer campaigns pertaining to financial, marketing, real estate, car dealership, insurance, web services and a lot more. A hardworking and focused virtual assistant whose aim is to achieve satisfaction not only to the company I worked for but for personal enhancement as well.
