I'm an experienced Customer Service Professional having worked in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for 9 years now. I have done various works for online companies in different industries like technical (AT&T U-verse, Fox Mobile, AT&T Mobility) and customer service retail (Macys.com). I have done both voice and non-voice services. I'm also an experienced Virtual Assistant of a Studio Designer Company and a Lead Generator for Magna Search Group. I am conversant with Microsoft applications, google docs, Avaya, Oracle and MSA. I can easily navigate myself to such system through proper training. I am dedicated and I don't settle for mediocrity.
