About

I worked in the BPO industry for almost 11 years.

I started working as a CSR then promoted as a Product Trainer before I left the company (after two years on my post).



I handled a health insurance account (4 years), hotel reservation account (1 year) and an ISP account (almost 6 years) and based on my experience, I can say that I am a hard-working and trust-worthy person. I can work with minimal supervision, I have good time management, I can work under pressure, and I can complete the task given to me on time.
