I have more than 10 years of call center experience. My first job was handling customer service and sales calls with an internet service provider in the U.S. In the same company, I had the privilege to work for a major bank in the U.S. as a Risk Management Analyst. Then, I worked as an ESL teacher for a Japan-based online ESL school for two years. My latest employment was with a publishing company based in the U.S. as a publishing consultant. I have an online shop that I created using WordPress and WooCommerce. I'm very comfortable doing admin tasks, e.g. spreadsheets, emails, etc.



I believe the skills I learned from previous work experiences will help me do an excellent job in my new endeavors.
