I was with a BPO company for almost 12 years where I was an agent for a Technical Support account. After almost two years as an agent, I was sent to the United States for training for a Back Office account.



I was an agent for the said account for three months and then I got promoted to Quality Analyst. During this time, I was involved in helping the client in improving their processes and ensuring quality performance of the team. Another year and a half, I got promoted to Supervisor (Team Leader). During my stint as a Team Leader, I was able to have four of my agents get promoted to Quality Analyst and one to Trainer.



After four years of being a Team Leader, I got promoted to Senior Team Leader where I supervised five Team Leaders based in two different Geos. I was also able to suggest innovations to the client which they implemented. During this time, I reported directly to the Associate Vice President and reported results of operations to him and the client.



After two years of being a Senior Team Leader, I was promoted to Associate Manager where I also supervised day to day operations and three Team Leaders. During this time, I helped out in improving processes and coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations. This was also the time that I worked with the client to ensure that we pass metrics during our peak season. This is something that has not been done in several years.



During my stint with the BPO company that I worked for, I was able to develop my skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Now I can create a report out of raw data plotted in Excel by using various Excel formulas and Pivot and put them in a PowerPoint presentation showing an interpretation/s of the results thereof.

I can do Customer Service/Technical Service tasks for you. I can also do Bookkeeping and Accounting work. I can also do Data Gathering and Data Entry in excel and create a Powerpoint presentation describing/explaining the numbers in the reports.
