I have 8 years of customer service experience and, I also take orders, process returns and refund customers for returned purchases. I have also replied to individual emails providing the customer with order status inquiries and provide information. In the last year, I have been working in Amazon and Shopify for customer service, refunding orders, sending replacement orders, replying to reviews and emails.

I was once a top agent of the month and got my promotion for a short period of time, I make sure that everything is being taken care of. A bit perfectionist when it comes to my job because I don't want to see any imperfections though often fail but I know that there's a room for improvement and that what makes me keep going.I work for Avis and budget group as a customer representative and did some up-selling from time to time I became one of the top agents during my days in the said company, I also work as a technical representative for at&t and did well in my job and also work for Finger hut, Teleflora etc.

I also have experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, my new favorite, Google drive which allows me to do almost everything that Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel allows to be done while being able to share information on those documents in real time without having to save them and email the document.
