I’ve handled a US account based company called PARAMEDS which we are a 3rd party working on behalf of different health Insurances in the US which we are tasked to call in different medical facilities, clinic and hospital to asked and retrieved records. I have also worked as a Market Research Interviewer for Survey Sampling International (SSI), as an outbound agent, which we call households with different age groups to take the survey and also input what their answers accurately on our data file. And also I have worked as a customer service representative for a catalog account called HABAND at CyberCity Telecommunication Services now IQOR, in which customer call in their orders and we input in our date file that corresponds to their orders. I have also done some online jobs with clients found in UPWORK and CRAIGSLIST. Further details on this which I am willing to discuss if given a chance to be part of your team.
