I am seeking a virtual assistant job. I am very enthusiastic in completing my tasks with enough knowledge and skills geared towards success. I have the competitive attitude that leads to a long term success and consistent good service. In fact, I did have received awards from my previous jobs. I was a customer service and technical support at TELETECH(call center) before which I handled billing and most of the outbound calls was a dispute charges from an irate customers and needs a help towards resolution. Apart from it, I was also a technical support at the same company and part of my job here was to walk through the customer about using self service option such as Google account, Telstra account. I also do email documentation such as outlook, gmail, yahoo mail to keep the customers up to date. This job had given me a broad types of Competitive skills in which as an internet provider I need to sell internet, broadband, mobile broadband and plan at the same time. I am knowledgable and skilled enough to do tasks particularly in virtual assistant.
