I used to do training for would be call center agents as well as recruitment. In my experience in interviewing hundreds of applicants, it takes a lot of patience as the applicants have different skill sets. yet one common ground is for them to be able to express themselves in English, as most of the Accounts that I handled wanted call center agents who speak good English, and so we also do training for near-hire, meaning before they can get hired they have to do some training just so they can pass the hiring process.



I also worked for an exploration company as a Community Relations Officer, my role was to bridge the company to the stakeholders of the community where the exploration was being done. This was VALE Exploration, one that is head-quartered in Brazil.
