I have worked in both for management and administrative capacity for 8years in BPO company. I am extremely proficient in all MS Office. I also worked as a technical support representative in the past where I assisted customers over the phone. Helping then and performing troubleshooting with them over the phone to fix their computer, tv and phone issues. I also have skills in generating reports and dashboard and very familiar with internet and online apps. I also have background as a workforce assistant where we manage schedules of of employees to identify the right amount of people needed to finish a job in a specific time or interval.
