Also I have exp as Remote Desktop Specialist with almost a year of experience providing phone and chat support for the clients across the United States.



I Performed advanced software repair and installations on customer computers by troubleshooting via remote service tools, undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems, escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate area. We Log, troubleshoot and track problems, we also perform special assignments as required and perform daily and weekly administrative tasks as required and we fixed everything on the computer. Throughout of my experience as a Remote Desktop Agent I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness,honest, trustworthy, promptitude and persuasiveness.
