▪ Technical Configuration of Routing, Dial plan, SIP Trunking, Device-phone (ATAs), PC-Phone, Mobile Dialers, Call-shops, Call-back, Calling Cards, DID setup & White Labelling setup.

• Worked as a Business Development Executive in “Harvest Group” for 1 year and 2 months. Where we interconnect our customers with PMEX (Pakistan Mercantile Exchange) and provide them Forex Trading services to, creating portfolio to Trade in specific commodities i.e GOLD, Crude Oil, Wheat, Cotton and EUR, GBP, JPY and USD.

• Worked as NOC & Sales Supervisor in ”FizanTel” [A multinational Telecommunication company based on Voice over IP internet calling system for 4+ Years.

. Resolving trouble tickets about service quality issues voice or technically inconveniences faced by clients.

. Expertise in Operating Servers VOS3000, XIPX, VPS or any likewise servers.

. TCP/IP Trouble Shooting and configuration of LAN and WAN with Ethernet cable and TP-Link Modems.
