I am a freelance bookkeeper certified in QuickBooks Online. I have over 15 years accounting/ bookkeeping experience servicing small businesses in various industries.

1. QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online -enter transactions in system.

2. Accounts Receivable- Prepare invoices and record customer payments. This entails converting sales orders to invoices, and adding job costs to invoices.

3. Accounts Payable - Data entry of invoices and payment of vendor invoices both electronically and by check

4. Bank Reconciliation – Reconcile bank statements, including research and proper resolution of any discrepancies.

5.Multiple legal entities - Ability to work with multiple corporations and correctly record income and expense for each corporation, and keep the intercompany accounts reconciled.

6. Financial Statements - Generate monthly financial statements and review accuracy of statements
