∙ Extensive client services for all projects from plan to implementation and again for service and repair support.

∙ Identifies and schedules deliverables, milestones and benchmarking of required tasks and company objectives.

∙ Accounting: AP/AR, invoice, collection, purchasing, inventory, budget, grants, loans, credits, multi-location.

∙ Payroll union, non-union, multi-state, global, timekeeping, live check, direct deposits, SAGE, ADP, QB, Paychex.

∙ Certified payroll, processing, audit and reconciling using software and Excel spreadsheet for easy summation, complete

with all rate, other income, and breakdown of rate and non-rate regular hours and overtime, job specific.

∙ Compiles AIA -702, 703, for GC, Subs, billing for Draw, full, partial, retainage, change orders, lien waivers.

∙ Plans and develops budget for all departments with consideration on P&L and unique scope of work.

∙ HR-including staffing, documentation for files, benefits, deductions, forms collection; BWC, W2, W4, I9: filing.

∙ Perform tax preparation; filing to IRS, other tax and business submission agencies and locals-1099 and “9’s with:

∙ Tax consultation for yearly plan, set-up, monitor and continued support for year end and through year processing.

∙ Reconcile: manual/online; deposit, payroll, credit cards, cash, bill pay, EFT, ACH, POS, registers: Reports to CPA.

∙ Reviews data, reports, schedules and plans for use in research for program identification and establishment.

∙ Develops and implements techniques for evaluating activities, specifying goals, strategy, identifying risks,

contingency plans, flow, allocation of available resources with scheduling and supply chain management.

∙ Insure and advise all legal requirements of company and staff are current, documented, accounted, audit.

∙ Monitors and audits consciously all processes of the company to insuring a day to day, win-win.

∙ Career in Total Quality Management, Kaizen, beyond compliance, ISO/QS 9000, QA, 14000/14001

8D, 5S and Lean-Six, SCADA, MES, ERP, MRP, as applicable all with processes standards documentation.

∙ Health, safety practices of FFA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, DOT, Government, City and State and use of MMIS, MSDS.

∙ Set-up and integration of QuickBooks PRO, Premier, Enterprise, with inventory, contract, sales, various.
