Freekeyweb is the vision of its co-founders Mr. Animesh Das and Mr. Gopal Karmakar spearheading on the 1st of January 2015 in response to a need for the provision of specialist IT services. It is a joint venture of group of freelancers.

• We have taken utmost care to built Quality assurance (QA) into our process. We use tools at each and every stages of the service life cycle to ensure effective implementation of the QA process.



• We continuously evaluate available methodologies for process analysis, assessment and work out improvement opportunities and strategies. The action planning includes framework for goal based improvement planning and measurement. We stay focused on process metrics that are used in measuring productivity, size, complexity, and quality.



• The continuous improvement process is driven from the top, and implemented from the bottom. The problem areas are prioritized, critical processes selected for improvement, and improvement goals set for the project team.
