• Technical Analysis of Business requirements, producing both functional and non-functional specifications and highlighting potential issues and options for delivering said requirements in the solution scope.

• Completion of High-Level Architecture as per Enterprise Architecture Framework Models using the tool of choice – currently System Architect.

• Documentation of existing Architectures as defined by Solution Architect. Liaising with internal/external Support teams, Vendors and Business.

• Compile and update Solution Design ensuring coherence of Architect layers and solution that is fully compliant with relevant standards, leveraging reference architectures, technology services, other reusable components and best practices to the maximum extent.

• Support and Advise the project delivery teams, business owners with further detailing and updates to the applicable component (business process, data, application or IT infrastructure) of the Segment/portfolio or Reference Architecture as defined

• Perform Peer Reviews of other Solution Architectures.

• Take the High Level Design through to Detailed Low Level Designs as defined.

• Analyse and Document new Vendor Offerings as situation demands

• Assess impact of Architecture changes of Product versions and road-maps.
